Interview: Model HatcheT (Poland)

Can you tell us a little about you?

I'm Polish interior design student, passionate of nature, dreamer and observator. I'm this type of person who always looks at little, insignificant things and analysing. Calm person who needs its own, constant place on earth. Music and beautiful trinkets make me happy. What's worming my heart is fantasising that world is a magic place, full of mythical creatures. My modeling adventure is a chance to be part of this fairy tale world. To create my own. This is my hobby. I just simply like it.

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

Sometimes I think what is ugly or bad in me, but if I change something, i wouldn’t be me anymore.. I definitely would not change anything what will make me more perfect but less myself.

How did you start modeling?

My friend who is a photographer - Anna Sychowicz suggested that we can make some photoshoots. First time I was really ashamed, but final effects were excellent to me. Then I realised that hiding behind mask of acting is a lot less embarrassing, so I started play different roles. This became something more than just acting, posing in very short period of time. I wanted to create my mystic ,,pocket'' world at those pics, so I started helping my photographers with finding the best outfits and creating a new ones.

What do you think of the work as a model?

It’s not as easy as it seems to be. It's kind of silent acting. If you're not good at this, no one will see what you are trying to show and photography will be ,,empty''. It's fun, but it needs sacrefices also. Sometimes hours of wearing scratchy dresses which make you bleed, freezing cold when you have almost nothing on yourself in the middle of winter. Feeling like drowning becouse of wearing heavy gown inside the river. But it’s also an opportunity to meet super-talented, hard working people like ASKASU for example and be a part of the team, learn something as well.

What is your beauty regimen?

Sleep a lot, avoid sun.

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

That i don't need/want to be super special.

What are your plans for the future?

Create my own magical world on my future backyard, house and carry on with doing what i'm doing now.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

Making ,,witch from forest''. Anna, the photographer was scared of me..it was fun and I loved this role.

I remember workshops with the same photographer as something very lovable to me. I like to make people laugh on short breakes of being serious, pocker-face model.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?

Think less about looking perfect, think more about good acting.

Magazine full of beautifull pictures and talented people is always a good one. :)
