Interview: Model Nickson Joris (France)

What can you tell us about yourself?

My name is Nickson and I am 24 years old. I am from Cameroon. My dream was to be a footballer but fate decided otherwise. I love fashion and I love posing in front of a lens through that I can express myself.

If you could change any of you, what would it be?

Hahahah if I could change something in me it would be my narcissism, sometimes I find it embarrassing for others. I spend my time contemplating myself in front of an ice cream when it is useless.

What are your personal qualities that set you apart from others?

I'm full but the ones that really distinguish me the most, I'm open minded to develop my ability to understand everything and sociable to enrich my circle of knowledge because life is made of contact. I am also very generous, I have it from my father, sometimes I do not know how to say no.

How did you start being a model?

It's a long story, all started in the streets of Paris where I was accosted by a young Italian designer who wanted me to parade for him in Rome, I was only 17 years old. This man had my little career take off.

What are your best experiences so far?

My best experiences were when I first went to Rome in front of more than 200 guests and I stuck for the David Beckham and Calvin Klein boxer collection. that at the Milano and Rome fashion week organized by the agency Iulia Barton to which I had participated.

What do you think of your work as a model?

Until today I am proud of what I have achieved or achieved as a prize list and I would go even further to have more experience and why not work with the greats like Yves st Laurent , Versace or Burbury.

How do you see beauty?

Beauty is the best thing that expresses the art of body and face. because in a portrait, you can read a story all depends on the expression

What are your plans for the future?

I have many, being a model, and inspired by Versace or Dolce & Gabbana I am currently launching my own brand of clothing "BOVERY LION" which will see the day from here some time and my biggest project is to create a largest modeling agency in Cameroon in order to give everyone a chance to be a full-fledged artist.

Do you have any advice for people who would like to start in this environment?

perseverance, in all that we can hope for or want to persevere in the work because otherwise we do nothing.

What do you think of the magazine "Modellenland"?

A: I find the work of Modellenland magazine exemplary because it promotes fashionable designs and promotes beauty. I find it important to put these two points forward. A magazine that talks about fashion and perfumes the latest trends.
