WHO IS BUNTHOEUN STEVENS OUTH? Of Cambodian origin, he arrived in France at the age of 14 in 1984 with the help of La Croix rouge. Six years later he launches in the hairstyle and obtains his Professional Brevet. After 7 years as a salon manager, he ended up opening his own salon in Avignon in 1999. In 2001, he was very quickly spotted by SCHWARZKOPF and a hairdresser for the brand for 8 years. in 2008 he bought the ITSI BAN franchise and became artistic director, He became the same year ambassador WELLA until today. in 2013 He is also involved in humanitarian work by teaching hairdressing to underprivileged children in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with the association For a Smiling Child (PSE).
