WHO IS BUNTHOEUN STEVENS OUTH? Of Cambodian origin, he arrived in France at the age of 14 in 1984 with the help of La Croix rouge. Six years later he launches in the hairstyle and obtains his Professional Brevet. After 7 years as a salon manager, he ended up opening his own salon in Avignon in 1999.
