Interview: Cover Girl (Issue 82) Letizia Marino (Italy)

Can you tell us a little about you?

Something about me .. at 18 I moved to Milan to attend one of the most prestigious dance academies in Europe, the Mas Music Arts & Show. I studied there for three years and then I dedicated myself to teaching.

As little girl I have always had a passion for dance and I thank my family for having turned what was a passion into a work. Now I live in Udine, in FVG where meanwhile I have started to work in a bank, I have the chance to teach dance. To be honest I am very satisfied for the targets reached in a short time. The most important things is that I put all of my heart in everything I do.

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

I wouldn't change anything about myself, I really believe in myself and in my potential.

How did you start modelling?

Thanks to a swiss photographer Norberto Wittwer I started to work as a model while I was living in Milan. He was the first one who has believed in me, we signed a contract whith his agency and for this opportunity I really thank him.

What do you think of the work as a model?

The word of the model, as well as every single job, is characterized by positives and negatives aspects. You have to be attentive and careful to the ones you bump into, it depends on the people you meet, if those ones are serious there is a big chance to get an important reward.

What is your beauty regimen?

Beauty is subjective, certainly a well-groomed body makes a good effect. I care a lot about my image, in fact I try to take care of nutrition, fitness, keep skin hydrated, drink alcohol as little as possible. each person is beautiful in their own way and with their values.

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

I distinguish myself from others because I have a great desire to live and hunger to get what I want. I'm determined, stubborn and sweet when it's appropriate.

What are your plans for the future?

I certainly have plans for the future but I don't want to reveal them. you will see them when I have made them.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

In the world of fashion I have had different experiences from a simple shooting, parading during the Milan fashion week to the experience as a model at the cannes festival.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modelling?

Yes, I have some advice for those who want to take this path .. you have to believe in yourself, accept criticism and let it fall elsewhere. we are unique and you have to love yourself.

What do you think of the magazine?

I am very happy to be part of this wonderful magazine, it is an opportunity to make myself known abroad. I thank the photographer Lorenzo Caranzetti for taking this beautiful photo of me. a hug to those who follow me.
