Interview: Model Esthera Sarita (The Netherlands)
Can you tell us a little about you?
Well, Where should I start? 17 years ago I started modeling on a high level. I was 15 years old and traveling a lot to Paris, Milan and the USA. Right now I’m still modeling on a high level but I’m also successful in the music industry. I just released my new song ‘Closer’ January 13th.
If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?
I will not change anything I’m happy and thankful how God made me.
How did you start modelling?
I was scouted on age 15 inAmsterdam by Elite models. So there started my journey. Now I’m already for years independent.
What do you think of the work as a model?
It’s hard work. It takes a lot of energy and discipline. Long days, less sleep a lot of work outs and eat healthy to be always in shape. But it brings you in the most exited places with the most extravagant people.
What is your beauty regimen?
Oh that’s a lot! I drink 2 liters of water and have a special nutrition schedule. Besides that I have a special skincare routine from Paula’s choice and a haircare routine with Olaplex. I also drink one glass of collageen every morning and a matcha latte with almond milk.
What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?
I’m a gypsy woman.. A free spirit a living paradox let’s say I’m constantly looking for something new and exciting. I find beauty in imperfection and find order in chaos. I’m not the one who wear a mask and pretend like everything is OK when it’s not.
What are your plans for the future?
I hope I can do model work until they don’t want me anymore. I love to travel and to meet new people. Now I’m older and independent I can choose my own jobs that I like. Besides keep doing modeling I would love to focus more on my music career aswel.
What are some of your favorite experiences so far?
For example I was in Mexico and the next day on a Monday I had a show for 25.000 thousand people in Copenhagen. That’s was insane without any sleep!
Do you have any advice for those who want to start modelling?
Eat healthy, stay hydrated, do your work outs and always believe in yourself even when things get rough!
What do you think of the magazine?
I think it’s a nice magazine because everyone is accepted and it’s lovely to read.
