Interview: Model Linda “EVILINDA” Adler (UK)

Can you tell us a little about you?

Hi, I’m Evilinda- freelance model, artist, makeup artist and fashion designer and recently a photographer with over a decade of experience in pin up, boudoir, vintage, gothic, fantasy, editorial and fashion styles.

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

I wouldn’t really change anything about myself, perhaps if I could go back in time I’d say to younger me to be more bold and courageous- there was a time in my life that I was really insecure about myself and art and modelling helped me with my mental health a lot.

How did you start modelling?

A friend of mine was studying photography and needed some models for Uni project. I agreed and was noticed by local photographers who then wanted to work with me. I was already designing at that time, so I started modeling in my own clothes!

What do you think of the work as a model?

I love how much I can express myself through different characters on shoots! One day I can be dressed as princess, the other day I can be a villain or zombie! I put my whole heart into planning and designing shoots. I’m also really grateful of how much I evolved my artistic and modelling skills throughout the years!

What is your beauty regimen?

All I can say is plenty of water, sleep and fresh air! I am also a vegetarian for over 8 years now. I never had anything done or enhanced, I don’t follow current beauty standards. My inspirations are how old Hollywood actresses and models looked like with their red lips, soft curly hair and killer curves.

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

What makes me stand out is my unique style, variety of skills I’ve learned along the way and different characters I can impersonate in front of the camera.

What are your plans for the future?

As the world is slowly coming off lockdown, I would like to focus on several big modeling projects that are important to me now. Recently I designed and made six latex outfits, lots of headpieces and entire vintage lingerie inspired set!

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

I really enjoy travelling, meeting new people and creating beautiful images with them. I am truly grateful to meet such amazing creative talented people on my modeling journey and would like to thank everyone for their help and support!

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modelling?

Believe in yourself babes, have courage to stand out of the crowd of insta clones, be unique, and BE YOU!

What do you think of the magazine?

I find it as an amazing place to get inspired by so many creative talents here and beautiful images that are posted! I would like to thank you with all my heart and say I am truly honored to become a part of Modellenland world!
